By applying the highest standards of business ethics and corporate social responsibility we in Studenac want to build strong relationships with suppliers and other business partners, strengthen their trust and respect, and build a strong reputation and integrity in accordance with best practices.
Ensuring business compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, laws on fighting against bribery and corruption and preventing money laundering is extremely important for us and we consider this as a basis for the foundations of business relationships built on honesty and trust.
We published Code of ethics, Anti-bribery and corruption Policy, Prevention of money laundering and financing of terrorism Policy, Supplier code of conduct, Rules for gifts and hospitality, procedure on reporting conflicts of interest and built our own Compliance system.
Our Compliance System
Company nominated the Compliance officer, an independent role within the Company, responsible for organisation, coordination, and implementation of systematic business compliance with valid laws, regulations, and internal policies. Compliance officer function is directly accountable and submits reports to the Management board as well as to the Supervisory board on a regular basis.
Internal platform for ethics and compliance is established, and we have provided a training platform for continuous employee education with the aim of raising awareness of the importance of respecting company rules and improving organizational culture.
We have provided grievance mechanisms of non-compliance and violation of the rules for employees and external stakeholders, to enable easy report of any suspected breach of the Code of ethics and Policies and we have enabled internal communication channels for employee questions in situations when they are unsure of what to do.
It is expected from all employees and all other external entities, such as business partners, suppliers, contractors, and associates to act in accordance with these rules and business principles of the Company.
Code of Ethics
Code of Ethics reflects the fundamental ethical values of the Company and defines rules in accordance with the Company's values, laws and regulations, and industry standards. The Code is based on respect for fundamental human rights and ethical principles: Integrity, Honesty, Trust, Humanity, Tolerance, Responsibility and Compliance with legal norms.
