    The Studenac Value System is a set of programmes by which the company Studenac rewards its loyal customers; it comprises the COOL Programme and Moj Studenac Loyalty Programme.

  • What is the difference between the COOL Programme and the Moj Studenac Loyalty Programme?

    In the COOL Programme, you obtain benefits by using the COOL Card, while in the Moj Studenac Loyalty Programme, you obtain benefits by using the Moj Studenac application. The Moj Studenac application provides more benefits than the COOL Card. By using the COOL Card, you can buy your favourite products at COOL prices, but you cannot collect points, while by using the Moj Studenac application you collect points, and the rewards and benefits are more attractive! Additionally, the Moj Studenac application allows using the benefits of the COOL Programme no matter if you have a COOL Card or not.

  • What are the benefits of the Moj Studenac Loyalty Programme?

    The Moj Studenac Loyalty Programme rewards your regular purchases – by scanning the card, during each purchase you collect points which you can exchange for a Coupon in order to receive a discount for a selected product or your entire purchase. You can share your points with friends as well or donate them to an association. Also, the Moj Studenac Loyalty Programme offers benefits tailored to your needs and desires, like purchase, news and catalogue overviews etc. You can also buy COOL products at COOL prices.

  • Can I be a member of both programmes?

    Yes, you can participate in both programmes simultaneously. By participating in the Moj Studenac Loyalty Programme, you have access to all COOL Programme offers.

  • Who can participate in the Moj Studenac Loyalty Programme?

    Only natural persons over the age of 18 can be members of the Programme.

  • Is membership in the Moj Studenac Loyalty Programme being charged?

    No, registration and participation in the Moj Studenac Loyalty Programme are completely free of charge.

  • How can I register in the Moj Studenac application?

    Download the Moj Studenac application on your smartphone (Android or iPhone) and register with your e-mail address.

  • Which personal data do I have to provide for registration?

    Besides name and surname, it is mandatory to provide your postal code, e-mail address, mobile phone number and your favourite store.

  • Why is it important to scan the existing COOL Card during registration in the Moj Studenac application?

    By scanning the COOL Card while registering in the Moj Studenac application, you retain the acquired benefits and advantages of the COOL Programme, and you also obtain additional advantages and benefits offered by the Moj Studenac Loyalty Programme or the application.

  • What if your household member has already scanned the COOL Card via the application?

    In case your household member already scanned the COOL Card, you will need to answer "NO" to the question "Do you have a COOL Card?", and register as a new member, without the possibility of scanning the COOL Card. But don't worry, the acquired benefits and advantages of the COOL Programme are still available for you inside the application.

  • After the COOL Card registration, will my COOL Card remain active inside the Moj Studenac application and collect points during each purchase?

    Your COOL Card will remain active but given that those are two different customer loyalty programmes, your COOL Card will not be able to collect points during purchase. By switching to the Moj Studenac application and scanning the Moj Studenac digital card you collect points, obtain COOL prices, and the rewards and benefits are even more attractive!

  • When can I start collecting points in the Moj Studenac Loyalty Programme?

    You can start collecting points from your first purchase by scanning the Moj Studenac digital loyalty card.

  • How many points are earned for 0,13€ spent in Studenac?

    You obtain 2 pointsfor 0,13€ spent in Studenac.

  • What is the calculation period for using the collected points?

    You can use the collected points in the calculation period of three months. Unused points expire at midnight on the last day of the three-months period.

  • Where can I check the status of my points?

    You can check the status of your points in the Moj Studenac application at the top of the Home page or under the "Points" icon at the bottom of the Home page of the application.

  • Can I access the Moj Studenac interface via desktop version?

    Currently, a desktop version of the Moj Studenac application does not exist.

  • Are there any products in Studenac that are excluded from collecting points?

    Yes, there are. You cannot collect points by purchasing mobile phone vouchers, cigarettes, newspaper, discounted products, paying utility charges, packaging return, sending and receiving packages, Croatian Lottery ticket payment and purchase of loyalty products for which stickers are collected. You are also not able to collect points from online buying via Wolt and Glovo applications. You also cannot apply Coupons to the listed services and products. You cannot apply Coupons to discounted COOL products or regular discount products.

  • How can I use the collected points?

    You can use the collected points as you wish – exchange them for Reward Coupons, give them to friends who use the Moj Studenac application or donate them to a non-profit organization.

  • What are Rewards in the Moj Studenac Loyalty Programme?

    Coupons are discounts offered exclusively to the customers using the Moj Studenac application.

  • What are Coupons in the Moj Studenac Loyalty Programme?

    Rewards are additional discounts available exclusively to the customers using the Moj Studenac application.

  • Is there a minimum purchase amount with regard to using Coupons?

    Using Coupons with which you get a discount on the selected product strong>is not conditioned by the minimum purchase amount. When using Coupons with which you get a discount on the total purchase, the amount of the purchase must be at least equal to the amount of the discount.

  • How to use Rewards and Coupons?

    You can use the Rewards by exchanging collected points. After exchanging points for a Reward, you earn a Coupon that needs to be activated before the purchase.
    When using Coupons, there is no exchange for points, but you can activate the Coupon before buying.

  • How to apply Coupons as a discount on a purchase?

    You can apply Coupons by scanning the Moj Studenac digital card at the cash register. You can apply only one Coupon on one product. If you activate Coupons for individual products and a Coupon by which you obtain a discount on the total purchase, only the Coupon for the total purchase will apply, while Coupons for individual products will remain active for use during the next purchase.

  • Are there products or services to which I cannot apply Rewards and Coupons?

    Discounts you obtain with Coupons and Rewards cannot be applied to mobile phone vouchers, cigarettes, newspaper, discounted products, payment of utility charges, packaging return, sending and receiving packages, discounted COOL products and regular discount products, Croatian Lottery ticket payment, purchase of loyalty products for which stickers are collected, purchase via Wolt and Glovo applications.

  • How can I receive the Welcome gift?

    A welcome gift in the form of a Welcome Coupon automatically awaits everyone who downloads the Moj Studenac application: just activate it, scan the Moj Studenac digital card at the checkout and get a 20% discount on the total purchase.

  • What are the additional possibilities, contents and information provided in the Moj Studenac application?

    The Moj Studenac application offers access to weekly catalogues, news, promotions, culinary recipes and locations of Studenac shops.

  • How can I update personal data which I entered during registration?

    Go to the "More" page under the section "Personal data".

  • How can I change my password?

    You will need to log out from the application and request a new password during a new log in.

  • Where can I find the Moj Studenac Loyalty Programme Privacy and Programme Policy?

    Go to the "More" page, "My Account", under the section "Consents".

  • What should I do if I no longer want to receive newsletter, SMS and push notifications?

    Go to the "More" page, "My Account", under the section "Preferences", "Notifications", you can control all commercial communication, i.e. choose whether you want to receive advertisements or not.

  • Can I withdraw from the Moj Studenac Loyalty Programme at any time?

    Yes, you can. A member of the Moj Studenac Loyalty Programme has the right to withdraw from the Programme at any time by sending a request for the deletion of their account and user data to the address mojstudenac@studenac.hr.
    The withdrawal may take up to 30 (thirty) days from the moment the company Studenac receives the request to withdraw. A member permanently loses all their membership rights, including the right to all benefits acquired so far.

  • The membership in the Moj Studenac Loyalty Programme is valid for how long?

    The membership is valid for as long as you are actively participating in the Programme. With a view to maintaining the membership base up to date, the company Studenac has the right to exclude from the Programme any member who does not use the application for at least 18 (eighteen) months; the member will be notified before the company takes any similar action. After being excluded from the Programme, the user may re-join or re-register, in accordance with the Policy in force at that time.

  • When does the membership in the Moj Studenac Loyalty Programme end?

    The membership in the Programme is terminated by the withdrawal of the member, exclusion of the member or termination of the Programme.

    Yes, there is an English version of the Moj Studenac application. The application will use the language according to the selected language in your smartphone, and the language of the application can be changed in the settings of the application itself.
